What is your order and shipping process?

After placing your order, you’ll get a confirmation email instantly. We carefully process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. While we strive for fast dispatch, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause slight delays. With our free shipping and all duties and taxes covered, delivery usually takes between 5-12 days, depending on your location. The moment your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Plus, you'll receive email notifications when your package is on its way and once it’s successfully delivered.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Why is my order delayed?

What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but I can’t find it?

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you can’t locate it, check with your neighbors or local delivery office first. While we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not always be possible. If you need to make adjustments, reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll see what we can do!

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to us.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Personalized and custom-made jewelry, earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How can I request a return?

To start a return, contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.

Do you accept returns from the EU under the cooling-off period?

Yes! For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 20 days of receipt, with no specific reason required. The item must still be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
